Cloud call center · IVR
A full call center, without the hardware.
Virtual numbers, IVR menus, smart routing and call recording that run in the cloud. Your agents answer from a browser or their own mobile phones, in the office or at home.
Sample call flow
Use cases
Every call answered by the right person.
Customer support lines
Route callers by language, product or priority, and keep them informed while they wait.
Sales calling
Click-to-call from your CRM or a lead list, with auto-dialing and call outcomes logged.
Multi-location businesses
One number for the whole business that routes to the nearest branch or the right department.
Missed call capture
Every missed call becomes a callback task, an SMS or WhatsApp reply, or a voicemail.
Campaign call tracking
Separate numbers for ads, print and hoardings show which campaigns make the phone ring.
Work-from-home teams
Agents take calls on their own phones while the business number stays hidden.

Connect to Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared or your own CRM for click-to-call and automatic call logs.
Call analytics
Missed calls, wait times, answer rates and agent performance on a live dashboard.
How it works
Set up your cloud call center in four steps.
- Step 1
Choose numbers
Pick virtual, mobile or toll-free numbers, or port your existing number.
- Step 2
Design your IVR
Record greetings and build menus for departments, languages and business hours.
- Step 3
Add your agents
Invite agents, set teams and routing rules, and install the app.
- Step 4
Go live
Publish the number and track every call on the dashboard.
Why it matters
From missed calls to managed calls.
Traditional phone lines
- Calls ring one desk phone and go unanswered
- No idea how many calls were missed
- Personal mobile numbers shared with customers
- Expensive hardware and maintenance contracts
SparkNow cloud call center
- Calls routed to whoever is free, anywhere
- Every missed call logged and followed up
- One business number, agents' numbers hidden
- Runs in the cloud, set up in days

Do I need any hardware?
No. SparkNow runs in the cloud. Agents need a computer with internet or a smartphone.
Can I keep my existing number?
In many cases you can forward or port your existing number. Otherwise we'll give you a new virtual or toll-free number.
Can agents work from home?
Yes. Agents answer from the mobile app or a browser anywhere, and customers only see the business number.
What is an IVR?
An IVR (interactive voice response) greets callers and offers a menu, such as press 1 for sales, so each call reaches the right team without a receptionist.
How is the call center charged?
Typically a monthly fee per agent or per number, plus call minutes. Book a demo for a quote based on your team size.
